Neuromuscular Therapy
This direct pressure therapy perpetuates increased oxygen and blood flow into tight contracted muscles. This session is customized to target those muscles plagued with chronic pain and/or trigger points that may be caused by trauma, injury or stress. Used in conjunction with deep tissue therapy.

Deep Tissue Therapy
For those who prefer a more intense therapy, deeper pressure is used for rapid results. Deep Tissue therapy quickly penetrates the muscle allowing for increased circulation and elasticity. Detoxification of tissues is also a direct result of this therapy.

Therapeutic Massage
This therapy treatment will rejuvenate and refresh your muscles while detoxifying your connective tissues and relieving stress. These sessions are customized to your individual needs. Whether you prefer a sixty minute full body massage or a thirty minute session targeting a specific area, your mind, body and spirit will benefit.

Couples Massage Therapy
This is a great way to share the experience of massage with someone else. Whether it be with a loved one or a friend, this session will relax and rejuvenate both of you! The 60 minute session is held in one of our private, spacious therapy rooms with each client having their own individual therapist. Healing stones can be incorporated to soothe and relax overworked tired muscles to complete the therapeutic experience.

Pregnancy Massage Therapy
Because of the numerous changes a woman goes through physically, emotionally, mentally & physiologically during pregnancy, this therapy is extremely beneficial. It not only relieves muscle tension and fatigue, it can alleviate joint pain, reduce swelling, increase circulation and help lower blood pressure.

Thai Yoga Massage
This type of bodywork uses rhythmic compression using the feet, knees elbows, forearms and hands while gently stretching the person as they focus on their breath while lying face up on a yoga mat. This can help to release deep rooted tension allowing the client to focus all their attention on the healing work being done in that exact moment in time. Thai Massage benefits include improved circulation, increased energy, increased flexibility, improved range of motion and centering of mind & body.

Lomilomi
Lomilomi is a unique healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and the master healers of Hawaii. It works gently but deeply into the muscles with continuous flowing strokes, nurturing the body and enabling the client to totally let go and relax. Using the long flowing strokes combined with the loving touch and breathwork, the whole body slips off into deep relaxation. This modality is referred to as “the Loving Touch” a connection of heart, hands, and soul with the Source of All Life!! An experience beyond words!

Healing Stone Infusion Therapy
This therapy combines the penetrating heat of Healing Stone Therapy and the direct muscle manipulation of Therapeutic Massage. This infusion of therapies causes the muscles to soften and relax allowing the therapist to work at a much deeper level.

Corporate Chair Massage
More and more companies are turning to Corporate Chair Massage to improve employee morale and productivity. In only ten to fifteen minutes, seated massage can relax and rejuvenate by releasing tension, improving posture and increasing circulation. Carpal tunnel, low back pain and headaches can all be lessened by regular massage thus decreasing employee absenteeism and increasing productivity and morale.
